In the heart of glorious Somerset countryside,Wincanton Racecourse is thought to have played host to one of Britain's earliest steeplechase races, developing out of the area's strong hunting tradition.Wincanton racecourse has recently benefitted from a multi-million pound development project which will ensure provision of a first-class event location.

Wincanton prides itself on its tranquil and peaceful conference facility. It provides banqueting suites, a conference room that can accommodate 120 and 12 smaller breakout rooms. There are 50 acres of flat grassland for staging outdoor events and a 9 hole golf course at the centre of grounds.
