Tracey has worked in the IS department at BUPA for 16 years. She has been recommending and arranging meetings at Kempton Park Racecourse for five years, although BUPA has been using the venue for at least eight years. BUPA holds events there three to four times a year. The size varies – anything from a four-day meeting for a small group of eight people, to a conference for 50.

Event organiser Julie Bishop, from Nortel, says: “Teambuilding was at the heart of a very busy schedule. But because everything is on site, we were able to maximise our time and produce what was a very successful day.”
